Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods across international borders, ensuring compliance with all import/export regulations.
• Handle customs clearance processes, including documentation and communication with customs authorities.
• Utilize the Nafezah platform for electronic documentation and customs procedures.
• Optimize logistics routes and transportation methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve any logistics issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related roles
• Proficiency in logistics management software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Understanding of global logistics dynamics, including cultural and regional differences.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and practices.
